Position Title: Intern - Quality Management

Reports to: Manager - Quality Management & OPEX
Job Purpose
• To assist the Quality Management Team in the day-to-day activities;
• To gain practical experience in quality management; and
• To learn how quality control is applied in a systematic manner.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist the team in maintaining a quality management system for the MGA;
• Support in keeping records of controlled documents up-to-date;
• Assist in maintaining a register of controlled documents for the MGA and ensure that such documents are regularly re-evaluated, and updated as necessary;
• Assist in Quality awareness campaigns;
• Contribute to simple quality control tasks;
• Help in preparing and reviewing standard generic templates;
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as required by the team.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (MQF level 6 or equivalent) ideally in engineering or science subjects;
• Interest in learning about quality management and/or process improvement;
• Basic understanding of quality principles will be considered an asset;
• Good organisational and analytical skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions and contribute ideas; and
• Able to work in a team and take guidance from other team members.
