Job Purpose

•	Assists with the development, implementation, and maintaining of the Authority's risk management policies and procedures, and acts as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure that the Authority is effectively managing its risk exposure;

Job Purpose
•	Advising the Authority on any potential risks to the financial stability of applicants and existing licensees in complying with their respective obligations;

	<li>Reviewing documentation submitted by gaming operators in relation to various applications, including ones pertaining to the obtainment of a new licence (including but not limited to application forms; operational policies and procedures, gaming systems, technical setups, and operational agreements);</li>
	<li>Reviewing system and compliance audit reports, and conducting live studio inspections and/or examinations where required;</li>
	<li>Ensuring that operators are compliant with the applicable legislation, and are operating in accordance with the Authority&rsquo;s directives and policies;</li>
	<li>Reviewing and monitoring compliance of gaming operators&rsquo; systems and put forward recommendations to the various departments of the Authority and committees;</li>
	<li>Ensuring completion of reviews and technical infrastructure examinations, and to provide independent, objective assurance and recommendations;</li>
	<li>Formulating and/or maintaining the processes/policies required to achieve the objectives of the Department;</li>
	<li>Liaising with other Departments as necessary;</li>
	<li>Carrying out special investigations or other assignments that may be requested from time to time including but not limited to on-site inspections overseas;</li>
	<li>Participating in meetings and/or calls with prospective applicants or general queries;</li>
	<li>Ensuring the goals and functions of the Authority and the Department are met and that professional standards are maintained at all times;</li>
	<li>Carrying out any other duties/tasks as may be instructed from time to time by management.</li>

Technical/Professional Expertise

<ul>
	<li>Diploma in areas related to computer science, information systems, business, finance, or accounting (Level 5 or equivalent);</li>
	<li>Willingness to pursue recognized certifications like CISA or equivalent;</li>
	<li>Previous experience in information systems and financial auditing is considered an asset, but we also encourage those with a strong interest in the IT industry to apply;</li>
	<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage multiple engagements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;</li>
	<li>Ability to identify high-risk areas, presenting your findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing;</li>
	<li>Take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating motivation, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.</li>
